Cancellation, Exchange, and Refund Policy
The cancellation of all services by the tour participant/service purchaser/ticket holder must be submitted and received in writing via email or fax.
The company does not accept cancellation requests made by phone.
The company is not responsible for any cancellation requests that are not received or not confirmed back to you. In such cases, cancellation or no-show fees will apply.
Detailed cancellation and penalty policies will follow the specific terms and conditions of each tour program/service itinerary/flight segment/airline.
